Shelby Brewster, 73 of Warren passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2022 at Bradley County Medical Center in Warren. He was born on July 13, 1949 in Monticello to the late Roe Brewster and Geneva Kulbeth. He was owner of Brewster Logging and a member of Central Missionary Baptist Church.
Other than his parents he is preceded in death by his wife; Teresa Johnson Brewster whom he married on January 3, 1970 and she passed away on November 4, 2018, brother; Billy Brewster and sister; Shirley Reynolds.
Survivors include his daughter; Shelly Ashley and husband Jett of Flower Mound, TX, four grandchildren; Collin Ashley (Alexis Dunaway), Connor Ashley, Olivia Ashely and Audrea Ashely, one great-grandchild; Fallon Cate Ashely and two sisters; Mary Kathleen Sturdivant and husband CD of Wilmar, AR and Lela Pearl Carter and husband Charles of Wilmar, AR.
Funeral service was held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at Frazer’s Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Woolley officiating. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Jett Ashley, Collin Ashely, Connor Ashely, Mark Mann, Richard Reynolds, Carlos Johns, Tommy Beaty and Jerry Ward. Honorary pallbearers were Barkada Hunting Club Members, Earnest Merl Johnson, Scott & Karen Richardson and family, Toney & Deborah Johnson and family and Harvery & Rhonda Sizemore and family.
