Donna Rae Wiscaver, 79, of Warren, formerly of Garland County, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2024 at Chapel Woods Health and Rehab in Warren. She was born August 20, 1944 in Klamath Falls, Ore. to the late Lawrence and Alma Ozment Francke. She was retired from the State of Arkansas.
Survivors include two daughters, Christina Rose McLemore of Warren and Melanie Raye Bradford of Monticello; son, Justin Randall West of Hot Springs; two sisters, Brenda Brewer and Alma Francke, both of Texas; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
