Nona Proctor Watson Dumas, 82, passed away August 26, 2022. She is survived by her daughter Libba Watson of Hot Springs; her son Frank (Jennifer) of Memphis, Tenn; her granddaughter Julia Watson of Memphis, Tenn; and grandson Will Watson of Memphis, Tenn.
