   Jimmy Harrell Howard, Jr. 62 of Camden, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born January 12, 1960 in Dumas.

   He is preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Harrell Howard, Sr.; stepfather, Eustis Austin; and twin grandbabies.

   Survivors include his wife, Wanda Harrelson Howard of Camden whom he married on June 2, 1979; sons, Jesse Eric Howard (Candace) of Monticello and Dustin Mark Howard (Chelsea) of Franklin, Tenn; mother Glenda Appleberry Howard Austin of McGehee; sister Teresa Howard Dunn   (Lee) of Mountain Home; and grandchildren Audrey, Stella Lu and Fallon along with a host of nieces and nephews.

   Jimmy was a member and Deacon at Calvary Baptist Church in Camden where he served the Lord faithfully, taught Sunday School and coached Upward basketball. He loved spending time with his family especially his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed traveling with his wife, tinkering in his shop, fishing, was an accomplished artist, and he loved watching and talking about the Hogs.

   Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Calvary Baptist Church in Camden with Bro. Don Phillips officiating. Burial was at 3 p.m. Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Moseley Cemetery in Bradley County by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
