Glenn Edward Lansdale, age 39, of Clermont, FL formerly of Warren, AR, passed away at his home on Monday, January 23, 2023. He was born on July 6, 1983, to John Edward Lansdale and Robin Doss Hollis.

He is survived by his parents, Randy and Robin Hollis and John and Robin Lansdale; his grandfather, Charles Doss; step-brother, Josh Barner; and a host of family and good friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Dot Doss, and his paternal grandparents, Bruce and Inez Lansdale.

Glenn was a 2001 graduate of Warren High School and earned his Bachelor’s in Marketing at Henderson State University in 2005. Fresh out of college, Glenn embarked on a wonderful career serving through various capacities with the Walt Disney World Company in Orlando, FL. His favorite position was serving as the Special Events Coordinator at the ESPN-Wide World of Sports at Disney World.

Glenn was a children’s book author and outdoor enthusiast who spent his career organizing and promoting special events for adults and children of all ages, including those with special needs.

Glenn was always the optimist. He stressed the importance of spending time with loved ones and enjoying nature. He was kind, loving, and always encouraged everyone to look for the opportunities that came with all of life’s obstacles.

Glenn was a member of Central Missionary Baptist Church in Warren, AR, and Chapel Baptist Church in Clermont, FL. Glenn’s personal relationship with Christ was apparent to everyone who knew him.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Frazer’s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Frazer’s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers will be Jon Deutsch, Walker Johnston, Jason Hoover, Justin West, Jason Johnston, and Brad Johnston. Honorary pallbearers will be, Leslie Lansdale, Jason Lansdale, Michael Lansdale, Billy Smith, Jared Smith, Craig Mann, Nick McKinney, Dan Bauer, Carry Larabee, Darren Siegal, Ed Kane, Norman Leclerc, J.T. Thomas, Martin Jernigan, Chad Grashel, and Brothers of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.
