Elizabeth Ann Richard, 73, a native of Banks went to be with the Lord late Sunday August 14, 2022.
She was born August 28, 1948 in Warren to the late Tandy “TJ” Vail and Cora Osborne Vail of Banks. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Richard, who she married on August 26, 1966; two sisters, Martha Kate Grice and Dorothy Bradford and one brother J. E. Gardner.
Survivors are one daughter, Tanya Burgess (Joe) of Monticello; one son, Bobby Richard (Darla) of Banks; one sister, Katherine Williams of Warren; and four grandchildren, Tristan Richard, Kaitlin Richard, Tucker Richard, and Charliann Burgess.
Visitation will be 12 p.m. – 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at Frazer’s Chapel of the Chimes. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Childs Cemetery following the visitation.
