Calvin Lephiew, 65, of Warren died December 14. Born August 16, 1957 to Thomas and Patsy Lephiew.
Survivors include wife, Charlotte Lephiew; son, Gary Wyatt; daughter, Tasha Hill; grandchildren, Micheal Hill, John Hill, Jr., Hannah Wyatt, Derick Wyatt; brothers, Thomas Lephiew (Erma), Mark Lephiew (Sally), Roy Lephiew (Joyce); sister, Melinda Lephiew.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. December 18, at Frazer’s Funeral Home. Burial was in Parker-Prospect Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
