Billy Jack Perry, 82 of Warren, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at his home. He was born on October 15, 1939 in Warren, to the late Daniel A. and Claudia Perry.

   He was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Billy Jack graduated Warren High School class of 1957. Upon graduating he joined the US Navy where he served on the USS Forrestal. Following his discharge, he owned and operated Perry’s Service Center for 60 years.    Billy Jack was an avid deer hunter and loved all sports especially the Warren Lumberjacks and Arkansas Razorbacks.

   Other than his parents he is preceded in death by sister, Clara Williams and brother, Richard Perry.

   He is survived by his wife, Judy A. Perry of Warren, whom he married on April 24, 1964. Daughters Connie Patrick (Glenn) of Star City, and Cindy Sutterfield (Paul) of Mountain View, and son Chris Perry and wife Heather of Warren. He was blessed with six grandchildren Justin McKinney, Dylan Parsons, Logan Adams, Landon Adams, Jackson Perry and Lauren Perry; four great-grandchildren Diesel McKinney, Axel McKinney, Brennan Parsons and Benjamin Adams; Sister Jean O’Neil (Robert) of Anna, Texas; and brothers Daniel Perry (Brenda) of Warren and Sam Perry of Warren, along with a host of nieces and nephews.

   Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Friday, August 5, 2022 at Prosperity Cemetery with Bro. Jackie Richardson officiating. Burial was in Prosperity Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.

  Active pallbearers were Justin McKinney, Dylan Parsons, Logan Adams, Landon Adams, Bobby Harton and Patrick Simpson. Honorary pallbearers were Jackson Perry, Lauren Perry, Bro. Billy Wilson and Barney Sims.

   In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, building fund; 5990 Hwy 63, Rison, AR 71665.
