Logan Woodard, a second grade student a Warren Elementary School, has been named as a finalist in the Arkansas Peace Week Art Contest.
Award winners will be announced at an event at the Arkansas State Capitol Rotunda at 1 p.m. on November 14, 2026. Enter under the Capitol stairs, go through security, and take the elevator to the second floor to the Rotunda. Seating is limited, but there is plenty of standing room. The program will last less than an hour. It is suggested that attendees come 30 minutes early to take pictures and get settled. Artwork will be displayed at the Arkansas State Capitol November 8 -14, 2026. These events are free and open to the public.
All winners and finalists will receive certificates. art pieces, certificates and prizes will be mailed to students that are not able to attend.
