Sherrilyn Jean Bowman Weaver age 79 of Crossett died Saturday, November 16, 2024 in Hamburg. She was born Tuesday, January 30, 1945 in Bradley County, a daughter of the late Felton Bowman and Peggy Sue Quimby Bowman. She was a retired employee with Walmart serving 23 years, and served with the Crossett Public School system as a bus driver for 18 years. She was a Baptist and a graduate of the Wilmar public schools. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Doyle Weaver, and a brother Nick Felton Bowman.
Surviving are her sons, David Weaver (Lisa) of Broken Bow, Okla,; Christopher Weaver, West Monroe, La. Brother Bobby Bowman (Virginia), Milo, sister-in-law, Linda Bowman, Bossier City, La.; five grandchildren Madison Reynolds (Triston), Logan Weaver, Cheyene McCurdy (Cole), Chase Taylor (Patty), and Wendy Stafford (Michael), and three great-grandchildren Penelope Taylor, Lea Stafford, and Lauren Stafford.
Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at Pattsville Cemetery. Burial in Pattsville Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time at Frazer’s Funeral Home.
