Phillip Temple, Sr., 54, of Johnsville died Friday, March 31, 2023 at the Woods Nursing Center in Monticello. He was born April 1, 1968 in Canton, Ohio a son of Carroll Gene Temple, Johnsville and the late Nancy Pyatt Temple.
Graveside services will be announced at a later time at Palestine Cemetery, Johnsville.
