Janette Smith Kelley, 67, of Warren, died April 27, 2024. Born March 4, 1957 in Eudora to William “Doc” and Virginia Martin Smith.
She is survived by her daughter Staci Hargrave (Jarrod); grandchildren Westin and Natalie.
Graveside was May 4, 2024 at Pinewood Memorial Park by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
