Local law enforcement operation leads to multiple arrests for drugs

On Wednesday, Jan. 25th, the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Tenth Judicial Drug Task Force, Officers from surrounding agencies, and the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections, conducted a sting operation that resulted in charges for five bradley county individuals.

Bobby McGlaughlin, Jr. was charged with possession of methamphetamine with purpose to deliver, possession of marijuana with purpose to deliver, possession of cocaine, possession of zanax, possession of drug paraphernalia time two, and tampering with evidence.

Keith Thompson was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Demario Blueford was charged with possession of a firearm by certain persons, possession of a stolen firearm, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearm, possession of Schedule VI with purpose to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joe McCentire was charged with possession of methamphetamine with purpose to deliver, possession of a schedule II narcotic with purpose to deliver time two, possession of a schedule IV narcotic with purpose to deliver times two, possession of schedule VI, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anna Craig was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Bradley County Sheriff’s also was also recently involved in a sting operation with the 13th Judicial Drug Task Force, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, that resulted in arrests and federal indictment of four Bradley county individuals, and confiscated undisclosed amounts of narcotics and firearms (Undisclosed due to being federal evidence).

The recent stings are just the beginning.

It is Sheriff Tillman’s solemn vow to keep the citizens of Bradley county safe and informed, and our citizens can look forward to more arrests in the future as we continue to wage our war on drugs, thefts, and violence in our community.
