LESS AND EXCEPT beginning at a point 601.3 feet North and 470.1 feet East of the Southwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 15, Township 14 South, Range 11 West, and run North 40 degrees 05 minutes East 429.0 feet, thence South 49 degrees 55 minutes East 101.5 feet, thence South 40 degrees 05 minutes West 429.0 feet, thence North 49 degrees 55 minutes West 101.5 feet to beginning point, containing 1.0 acre, more or less; ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT one-half (½) acre surrounding Grantors homeplace in the shape of the square;
