On August 17, 2023 at approximately 6:43 a.m. Warren Police Department received a call from Billy Harding at 619 S. Myrtle St. When Warren Police Officers arrived, Harding showed them three vehicles that had been damaged, a black GMC Yukon, a black Toyota Tundra, and a gold Kawasaki Concours motorcycle. Harding pulled up video recorded at 3:06 a.m. from his camera system that showed someone damaging his vehicles. The video supplied by Harding is attached to this Press Release.
