Teacher Conservation Tours Now Open to Everyone

Posted

The Summer Teacher Conservation Tour (TCT) Workshop Series is open to everyone – not just classroom teachers. If you’ve ever wanted to learn more about prescribed fire, forest practices, or tour a working sawmill, tree seedling nursery, and an engineered wood manufacturing facility; you are invited to register for any or all sessions of this summer’s TCT Workshop Series.

The TCT is sponsored by the Arkansas Forestry Association Education Foundation and forest industry partners from across the state. Workshop registration fees are kept to a minimum to encourage attendance. Program-only fees are $30 per workshop and if you need overnight hotel lodging it can be added for an additional $50.

This summer’s workshop topics will feature three sessions.
