Woerner updated the club on all the happenings in District 6170 and talked about Rotary International President Gordon R. McInally's theme for this year of "Create Hope in the World." He shared a story from his home club of Bryant, Arkansas in creating the Kids Closet that provides free clothing and other essential items to kids in the area. Woerner also presented the Warren Rotary Club with three banners. One had this year's theme "Create Hope in the World" on it, while the other two were recognition from Rotary International for the 100% Foundation Giving Club and Every Rotarian, Every Year Club.
