It’s time for “Christian America” to wake up! It’s time for believers to repent and return to holy living. The church of Jesus Christ must shine in darkness. We must be different than the unconverted!
Commitment must be beyond lip service or even strong loyalty to a particular fellowship of believers. Persecution is likely - perhaps such as we have only heard about as occurring in other nations. Our resolve must not be negotiable with respect to obedience and servanthood to Christ.
Prophetic voices are needed to cry out uncompromisingly against sin. Men and women who cannot be silenced by friend or foe must step forward to proclaim biblical truth. Faithfully standing in the gap. In my personal opinion, God’s wrath cannot be far away from a people who flaunt evil as if it were a trophy. Will you pray this prayer with me once again from Psalm 85:6:
“Will you not REVIVE us again, that your people may rejoice in you?"
