On Monday, Nov. 13, the Warren Police Dept. arrested Baltazar Fabian, 42, of Warren, and charged him with aggravated assault, stemming from an incident that took place at Warren High School. Probable cause for the arrest was founded by Judge Laurie Bridewell, and Baltazar was processed and released on a $25,000 bond with a court date pending.
