Market on Main kicks off this weekend on Saturday, April 15 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Estephany Roman presented a logo for Market on Main to the Bradley County Chamber of Commerce meeting on Monday. The chamber board approved the new logo.
Roman reported 21 vendors would be at the event. Four of those vendors were food trucks.
The following vendors are signed up to be at Market on Main: Queta’s Bling, The Knitting Disciple, Shop Jazy Mae, Sheps2Go, Company A Dance and Studios, Hoskins T&T, Los Jarochos, Kay’s Cakes n’ Catering, Ash Designs, LAChic81 Designs, Four Points Coffee, Main Street Market, Ray of Hope Designs, Em’s Crafts, Sandy’s Home Cooking, Off the Hook Crochet, Lu Luvli, Gypsy Cupboard Soaps and Sundries, Creations by Laura, and Sweet Moments by Estephany.
Chamber of Commerce Chairman Ron St. John said the Easter Egg Hunt drew in a large crowd on April 1.
Chamber of Commerce Director Terrie White said $38 was left over after the Make Warren Shine organization dissolved. The $38 was given to the Chamber. White said the funds will go to purchase flowers for downtown.
The by-laws were still in the process of being reviewed and changed.
The next Chamber of Commerce meeting will be at 12 p.m. on Monday, May 8 at the BCEDC building.
