Soccer Club’s 2024 season doesn’t commence until next spring, but the team will have a fresh look on the field. Thanks to the unwavering support of several local businesses, the team will be sporting brand new Nike jerseys featuring a vibrant orange and white chevron pattern on the front, black sleeves, solid black on the reverse side, and a white-trimmed collar. Not shown in the mockup version below, the jerseys will also feature Warren’s W logo on the left chest.

The fundraising effort for the new jerseys was spearheaded by Saline River Chronicle, which sought to give back to Warren Athletics for their continuous support and cooperation in covering Lumberjack and Lady Jack sports. Grateful for the opportunity to show their appreciation, Saline River Chronicle reached out to various businesses and individuals to rally behind the cause.

The total cost of the new uniforms was just over $2,100.

Among the generous contributors to the Warren Lumberjack Booster Club, which funded the purchase of the new jerseys, were Rob Reep and Jessi Reep of Saline River Chronicle, Union Bank and Trust, Arkansas Superior Federal Credit Union, Warren Mayor Gregg Reep, Greg Harton of Shelter Insurance, Warren Bank and Trust, and First State Bank. Their contributions exemplify the community’s dedication to nurturing sportsmanship and camaraderie within the Warren area.

On Monday, July 31, 2023, at Jim Hurley, Jr. Stadium on the Warren School District campus, Mark Jennings, of the Warren Booster Club, presented the check for the new jerseys to Warren Lumberjack Soccer Coach Shaun Wilson.

Coach Wilson expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming support from the community and local businesses. He believes that the new jerseys will not only motivate the players but also symbolize unity and pride in representing Warren on the soccer field.
