On April 27, 2022, an Affidavit For Collection Of Small Estate By Distributee was filed with respect to the Estate of Danny Ray Thomas, Deceased, with the Clerk of the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Bradley County, Arkansas, under Ark. Code Ann.§ 28-41-101.
The legal description of real property listed in the Affidavit is as follows:
Beginning at a point designated by an iron pin 9.485 chains South and 125 feet East of the Northwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 13 South, Range 9 West, and running thence North 104 feet, thence East 10 feet to center of Branch, thence South 28 degrees East along center of Branch a distance of 146.5 feet to the center of bridge abutment, thence North 77 degrees West a distance of 90 feet to a point of beginning, and being a part of Lot 2, Block 3 6, according to Turner's Map of the City of Warren, Arkansas.
All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, properly verified, to the distributee or her attorney within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit of the estate.
