Serenity Harper, a third grader from Warren has been named as a finalist in the Arkansas Peace Week Art Contest for here piece titled Color of Peace in Arkansas.
Award winners will be announced at an event at the Arkansas State Capitol Rotunda at 1 p.m. on November 15, 2025. Enter under the Capitol stairs, go through security, and take the elevator to the second floor to the Rotunda. Seating is limited, but there is plenty of standing room. The program will last less than an hour. Come 30 minutes early to take pictures and get settled. Artwork will be displayed at the Arkansas State Capitol November 9 -15, 2025. These events are free and open to the public.
All winners and finalists will receive certificates.
