Warren Mayor Denisa Pennington announces she is not seeking re-election for Mayor.
In her official statement to The Eagle Democrat, she states, “I am officially making known my decision not to seek re-election for Mayor of Warren. It has indeed been an honor to serve my community over the last four years as mayor of this great city.
“My decision has been guided by both personal and professional reasons. I have always tried to give my all to any efforts to make a future for our children and grand children. I have reached the chapter in my life that requires more time and commitment to family and personal goals.
“Thank you for your support and encouragement during my term as mayor. I will continue to serve my city in any way possible.”
