A public hearing will be held by the Warren Planning Commission at 5:30 p.m. in the Municipal Courtroom on June 27th, 2022, to consider a request for a special use permit for a mobile home at 441 Burnett., being more fully described as:
The North Half of the South Half of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 12 South, Range 10 West.
SUBJECT, however, to all rights-of-way and easements apparent and of record, and all prior leases, reservations, exceptions and conveyances of the oil, gas, coal, lignite and other minerals in, upon, and under said lands.
