Earlier today, local business owner Daniel R. (Danny) Cook was arrested on two counts of theft of property. Cook is the owner/operator of Cook's Heating and Air in Bradley County and the former publisher of The Eagle Democrat.
His first apperance was before Judge Gibson in Drew County and a $7,500 commercial Bond was set.
